Maintenance and after sales support:

  • All support regarding maintenance and after sales service remains the responsibility of the distributor.
  • Prenox will, under no circumstances, communicate directly with any of the distributor's customers.
  • Repairs and maintenance call outs countrywide can be requested via RA Appliance Services on Tel 011-915 1862 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

By now, you should be familiar with the phrase, “T’s and C’s apply”.

May we be up-front and honest about ours for all repairs:

  • Should we find fault with the unit, and falls under the 12 month warranty period, Prenox will replace the parts at no charge
  • The Prenox guarantee, expressly excludes misuse, negligence, abuse, incorrect installation or any fault caused by any other party other than one of our recognised service agents, fair wear and tear or any parts being replaced with non-Prenox spares during the Warranty period.
  • A 12 month guarantee on all electrical components and workmanship applies.

  • The Prenox guarantee, expressly excludes misuse, negligence, abuse, incorrect installation or any fault caused by any other party other than one of our recognised service agents, and fair wear and tear.
  • A 12 month guarantee on all electrical components and workmanship applies.
  • The warranty period commences from the date of invoice to the distributor.
  • There is no guarantee on goods not yet paid for.
  • Prenox's liability is limited expressly to the replacement parts, at no cost.

Out of warranty repairs:

  • It remains the distributor’s responsibility to collect any spares from Prenox and/or return the unit to the factory.
  • All costs incurred for the spares and/or labour will be invoiced accordingly. These costs  will be payable in full BEFORE collection of unit/spares.
